Justin Tam

Justin is an associate with the litigation group at Coal Harbour Law. He assists clients with legal issues across a wide range of areas, with a focus on employment law, residential tenancy law, and commercial litigation. Justin has a passion for justice, diversity, and advocacy.

As a client-centric lawyer, Justin is committed to resolving his clients’ legal matters efficiently and effectively. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia, as well as the Residential Tenancy Branch and Employment Standards Branch of BC.

Prior to joining Coal Harbour Law, Justin articled with a boutique litigation firm, where he worked on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury and insurance defence. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, where he represented the school in the MacIntyre Cup Trial Competition Moot. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of British Columbia.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys playing the drums, guitar, and basketball.
